Why the microphone is not active in autoswitchon mode from the App?

When you activate the external keypad from DOOR ENRTRY app, your smartphone's microphone is deactivated.
After turning on the camera, you can enable your smartphone's microphone by clicking on the video image and then clicking on the microphone icon that initially appears to be barred.
