If your Classe 100x doesn't ring durign a video door call, check that the silent mode is not active on you internal unit; it's indicated by the red led of call exclusion signaling powered fixed on.
You could check from the "ringtone" menu on Classe 100x that the volume of the ringtone is high enough; if needed, increase the volume by turning the programming joystick Up.
