If the TIC (specific French energy tarification transmission) is not connected, input 5 must be connected to the main circuit breaker so that it can measure the total electrical consumption thanks to the associated current transformer.
If the TIC is connected and functional, input 5 becomes a measuring line of a precise circuit. The total consumption will then come from the TIC.
