The products display in red when they are not yet configured for your installation. Go through the following steps again: - cut off power at the main circuit breaker and wait at least 10 seconds - restore power at the main circuit breaker - press the middle of the wireless master switch's button until the indicator light briefly displays in green and then switches off. - wait for the wired product in question to change to continuous green.
