Why can't I control my plant from the App after the first commissioning or when I just added a new user/account?
If you have just associated a new user/account you have to wait for at least 30 seconds to allow the plant to update its status. After the 30 seconds also check that the new device is present in the list of associated devices in the 300X menu.
