When I press a WiFi Smarther pushbutton on the display of its there's a text "IP" and after few seconds "--"; What does it mean?

You need to check a WiFi icon on Smarther display; it could be not illuminated. Your Smarther isn't connected to your domestic WiFi.

You neet to check the power of the router, if the router is working right; If it's all right you need to reset the Smarther (press Reset pushbutton for 10sec) and remake a commissioning of it.
