When calling from the external panel the video appears on my Easy Kit Connected but it doesn't sound!

If your Connected Indoor unit, doesn't ring durign a video door call, check that the silent mode is not active on you internal unit; it's indicated by the red led of call exclusion signaling powered fixed on.

You could check from the "ringtone" menu on Connected Indoor unit that the volume of the ringtone is high enough; if needed, increase the volume by turning the programming joystick Up.
