I receive a call on DOOR ENTRY App but there is not any presence info?

If you have only one home on Netatmo account you need to check the presence setting on the Indoor camera via the Netatmo SECURITY APP.

If you have more than one home on Netatmo account you need to remember which one you had selected during the Netatmo integration.
Re-make a Netatmo account asociation on Class300X and pay attention to select a right home.
