It is not possible to turn off your thermostat without powering it off directly in your electrical panel. If you wish to switch off the temperature regulation, please follow the below instructions.
When you home is in heating mode:
To ensure your installation is not freezing, the temperature regulation can not be switched off. You can set the temperature setpoint down to the frostguard value that you defined in your schedule. The frostguard temperature is 7°C by default. Therefore you can set this frostguard temperature (without end date) directly in the thermostat's room.
You can also activate the Frostguard mode simultaneously in all the rooms of your home. To do so, go in the Home + Control App, click on the menu at the bottom of the homepage, then select the temperature schedule section and click on Frostguard to activate the mode and define an end date if needed.
When your home is in cooling mode:
You can activate the OFF mode (without end date) by increasing the temperature above 40°C in the thermostat's room.
You can also apply the OFF mode simultaneously in all the rooms of your home. To do so, go in the Home + Control App, click on the menu at the bottom of the homepage, then select the temperature schedule section and click on OFF to activate the mode and define an end date if needed.
