The operating status of the Area Manager can be diagnosed via the LEDs on its front panel. Make sure all 3 LEDs are green, which confirms power, cloud connection, and proper functioning of Zigbee and Zwave services. The first LED on the access point should only be activated when connecting to the access point, and only when pairing wireless products.
