The UPS must be positioned under the following conditions: - humidity and temperature must be within the prescribed limits, i.e., between 0-40°C / 0-95% non-condensing; - fire protection regulations must be respected; - wiring must be easy to execute; - front and rear accessibility must be available for periodic maintenance or assistance; - air cooling flow must be guaranteed; - the air conditioning system must be adequately sized; - corrosive/explosive dust or gases must be absent; - the place must be free of vibrations; - rear and side space must be sufficient to ensure adequate air circulation for cooling; - the support floor must be able to bear the necessary load to support the equipment. To best preserve the batteries, keep in mind that their average life is strongly influenced by the ambient operating temperature. Place the UPS in an environment with a temperature range between +20°C and +25°C to ensure optimal battery life. Before proceeding with installation operations, check that there is sufficient lighting to easily identify every detail. Integrate the area with artificial light if natural light does not meet the mentioned requirements.
