The Voice Control Alexa can only be configured with a personal Wi-Fi network 2,4 Ghz that doesn't filters the ports. It is compatible with the 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi standards if the network security settings are set as WEP, WPA or WPA2 Personal.
