Is it compulsory to have one Smarther AC with Netatmo in each room I want to control in case of fan coil systems?

Yes. In an installation using FCU for air conditioning, it is required to install one Smarther AC (+ HVAC actuator) in each room in which fan coil unit control is required. Smarther AC is needed to measure ambient temperature and send it to the HVAC actuator.
