Make sure you have correctly inserted the battery in its compartment by referring to the product manual, then use the App to complete the installation.
If the problem persists your product is probably already preconfigured. You will have to reset it. To do this, remove the cover plate, the ring and the finger from the product, referring to the product manual. Using a toothpick, press and hold the button in the hole near the toothed wheel for about 7 seconds until the light blinks red. The product is then reset.
You can now complete the product installation in the App.
