I started the configuration with the Home / Away wireless master switch or the configuration button on my gateway module, but the indicator light on one of the wired products has stayed red or changes to green and then red again. What should I do?

The products display in red when they are not yet configured for your installation. Use the Home + Control app again to add devices to the system. Inside the Home + Control app select the gear icon and select Add Product. From there follow the steps displayed.
