Check your Somfy installation status from your dedicated Somfy application (Tahoma or Connexoon Window).
If the installation is seen as functional in the Somfy App, proceed as follows in your Home + Control App:
- Unlink your Somfy box by going in your Home + Control App settings, "Manage my home" then "Somfy relay", "Remove".
- Link again your Somfy box in the "Add a product" section of your Home + Control App, select "Somfy" and follow the App instructions.
